"Each of Thomas Struth's "Paradises" is a piece of nature devoted to a specific overarching theme. In his photographs Struth draws the viewer into the magical semi - darkness of forests and jungles, into the impenetrable and yet bright green of the trees, bushes and undergrowth. Over the last few years, he produced the latest items in his "Paradise" serious in Cina, Japan, Australia, Brasil - and of course, Germany, where he found suitable material in the forests of Bavaria."
